miRNA-142-5P与ACS患者心肌损伤标志物cTnI、CK-MB、MYO的相关性分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的分析miRNA-142-5P与急性冠脉综合征(ACS)患者心肌损伤标志物肌钙蛋白(cTnI)、肌酸激酶同工酶(CK-MB)、肌红蛋白(MYO)的相关性。方法选取2013年4-12月我院收治的符合诊断标准的ACS患者40例作为ACS组,另选取20例病情稳定冠心病患者作为稳定冠心病组,20例无本次试验相关疾病者作为对照组,miRNA-142-5P表达通过RNA反转录,PCR测定,cTnI采用罗氏电化学发光方法检测,CK-MB应用酶标试剂盒法检测,MYO采用免疫荧光法检测,比较3组间miRNA-142-5P、cTnI、CK-MB、MPO的相关性。结果 ASC组的miRNA-142-5P表达水平显著高于稳定冠心病组和对照组(P<0.05),而稳定冠心病组与对照组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。ACS组cTnI、CK-MB均高于稳定冠心病组(P<0.05),cTnI、MYO与miRNA-142-5P无关(P>0.05),与CK-MB相关明显(P<0.05)。结论 miRNA-142-5P与ACS患者心肌损伤标志物cTnI、MYO无关联,与CK-MB轻微关联,由此miRNA-142-5P水平与ACS心肌梗死患病联系较小。
