摘要
BIM技术近几年在国内发展蓬勃,众多高校与企业开始关注和研究BIM技术。目前,BIM技术在建设项目设计和前期准备方面研究和应用很多,但在施工与全生命周期管理方面的研究和应用较少。对施工场地模型的构建通常局限在场地内部,容易导致施工工地与周边建筑的矛盾或冲突,且大大降低了施工过程虚拟漫游与可视化效果。本文通过分析施工场地周边模型构建的意义,对比现有建模方法,探索出利用互联网资源与现有常规软件,完成施工周边建筑、地形、附属物模拟,并导入建筑信息,完成施工场地周边实景搭建的方法,为精细化项目管理提供技术支撑。
BIM developing rapidly in recent years attracts many Chinese universities and companies' attention, which mainly focuses on the application of design and preparation phrase, and pays scant attention to the research of construction and total life cycle management. Nowadays building construction site model, generally limited in the site, easily causes the conflict with surrounding buildings and greatly reduces the visual effect of construction process of virtual roaming. In terms of analyzing the significance of model buildings surrounding the construction site, comparing with the existing modeling methods, this paper accomplishes the method that utilizing internet resources and conventional software and importing buildings data construct the reality of surrounding buildings, terrain and appendages, which could be used for further fine project management.
