摘要
计算机技术的飞速发展与普及,尤其是多媒体技术的不断发展与成熟给教育教学带来了许多的改变。多媒体教学系统就是把多媒体技术应用到了教学中,本文探讨了多媒体教学系统给教学带来的好处,并对基于WEB的多媒体教学系统进行了总体设计和功能设计,这对日后多媒体教学系统的研发具有一定的借鉴意义。
