公安部"三项建设"以来,消防部队信息化建设得到了飞速发展和广泛应用,文中结合当前基层消防部队信息化建设与应用中存在的问题,就如何从消防工作的现实状况和发展需求出发,因地制宜地开展消防信息化建设与应用,提出了正确处理资源整合与信息共享的关系、正确处理提升素质与实战应用的关系、正确处理规范管理与质量效益的关系等三点建议。
