摘要
煤矿井下用摄像设备一般分为本质安全型和隔爆型,本质安全型摄像设备在井下使用灵活性很高。在救援中工作时间不确定,探头通常采用井口供电的方式。本文按照煤矿防爆、安标要求,分析了探头电路功率组成,线路压降损耗的计算,给出了井口供电的电源电压和摄像头功率选择要求。本文采用POE供电技术实现了长距离本质安全型供电方案,对其他类型的远距离矿用设备供电也有一定的参考价值。
Mine camera equipment is generally divided into the intrinsically safe and flameproof type, intrinsically safe type camera equipment in mine with high flexibility. In the rescue system, due to the work of indefinite length of time, usually by the wellhead probe power supply mode. In this paper, in accordance with the explosion-proof safety standard requirements, analyzed the composition of the probe circuit power, calculation of line pressure drop loss, given the wellhead power supply voltage and a camera power requirements. This paper uses POE power supply technology has realized the power supply scheme for long distance of intrinsically safe type, also have certain reference value for other types of remote mining equipment power supply.
