摘要
本文通过超声分散的方法将碳纳米管(CNT)分散到乙烯基树脂中,研究了超声仪器、超声时间以及偶联剂种类对其分散效果的影响。试验发现,选取KH560作偶联剂,使用超声波破碎机超声2h,可以达最优分散效果。结果表明,CNT改性乙烯基树脂的力学性能随CNT的掺量增加而提高。
In this paper, ultrasonic dispersion method was used to disperse the carbon nanotubes(CNT)into the vinyl resin. The effects of ultrasound machines, ultrasonic time and sort of coupling agent on the dispersion were studied. It was found that selecting coupling agent KH560, and using ultrasonic crusher for 2h, the optimal dispersion effect reached. The results showed that the mechanical properties of CNT modified vinyl resin increased with the increase of the dosage of CNT.
