摘要
目的从T细胞免疫角度探讨绝经过渡期(MTP)患者激素代谢紊乱与CD4+CD25+调节性T细胞(Treg)的关系。方法收集35例MTP患者外周血,采用流式细胞术检测Treg及其细胞因子转化生长因子β1(TGF-β1)及白介素10(IL-10)频率;采用放射免疫法检测性雌二醇(E2)、孕酮(P)及催乳素(PRL)含量;以35例健康女性作为对照组。采用Pearson法分析以上两者之间的相关性。结果与对照组比较,MTP患者Treg及其胞内TGF-β1、IL-10明显升高(P<0.05),而E2及T降低(P<0.05),但PRL患者升高(P<0.05)。相关性分析显示Treg、TGF-β1及IL-10三者均与E2及P呈显著负相关性(P<0.05),与PRL呈正相关性(P<0.05)。结论外周血Treg、TGF-β1及IL-10升高是MTP患者的一个重要细胞免疫学表现,并且与性激素代谢异常存在重要关联。
Objective To explore the correlation between CD4+ + CD25 + regulatory T lymphocytes and the sexual hormones for the patients during menopausal transition period. Methods 35 patients with MTP peripheral blood collection, using flow cytometry to detect Treg growth factors and cytokines 1 (TGF-beta 1 ) and interleukin 10 (IL-10) frequency; Ria method is used to detect estradiol (E2) and progesterone (P) and prolactin (PRL) levels; In 35 cases of healthy women as control group. Pearson method was used to analyze the correlation between the two. Results compared with control group, patients with MTP Treg and intracellular TGF-beta 1, IL-10 increased significantly ( P 〈 0. 05 ), while the E2 and T lower ( P 〈 0. 05 ), but higher PRL patients ( P 〈 0. 05 ). Correlation analysis showed that Treg, TGF-beta 1 and IL-10 and E2 and P were significantly negative correlation ( P 〈 0. 05 ), and PRL was a positive correlation ( P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusions Peripheral blood Treg, TGF-beta 1 and IL-10 rise is an important cellular immunology of patients with MTP, and there are important correlations with sex hormone metabolism.
