伊布利特转复心房颤动的疗效观察与护理

Intravenous use of Ibutilide for cardioversion of atrial fibrillation and its nursing

目的观察心房颤动(房颤)患者使用伊布利特转复窦性心律(复律)过程中心率、节律变化及并发症,保证用药安全并针对性进行护理。方法 42例房颤患者静脉注射伊布利特复律,使用前掌握好适应症,复律过程中、复律后加强观察,有效预防并发症。结果 42例房颤患者转复33例,9例未转复,出现室性心动过速2例,低血压1例,头痛呕吐2例。结论房颤患者使用伊布利特复律过程中加强观察和护理,可减少不良反应,提高治疗效果。

Objective To analyze the safety of Ibutilide for cardioversion of atrial fibrillation to sinus rhythm, and take appropriate nursing, we observed the variety of heart rhythm, rates and complications. Methods Clinical events including cardioversion situation, heart rate changes and symptoms of 42 cases of patients with atrial fibrillation during the process of cardioversion by intravenous use of Ibutilide and a period of time thereafter were collected and analyzed. Results In the 42 candidates, 33 patients were converted to sinus rhythm successfully; unconverted in 9 cases, in addition, there were some complications： ventricular taehyeardia in 2 cases ; hypotension with one patients and two patients with headache and vomiting. Conclusions To reduce the adverse reactions; improve the therapeutic effect, closely monitoring and proper care are necessary and beneficial for intravenous use of Ibutilide for eardioversion of atrial fibrillation.
