CuO包覆制备低温烧结的Ba_2Ti_9O_(20)微波介质陶瓷(英文)

Low Temperature Sintering Ba_2Ti_9O_(20) Microwave Dielectric Ceramics Prepared by CuO Coated Powder

摘要 以BaCO3和TiO2粉末进行固相反应来合成Ba2Ti9O20主晶相,分别以液相包覆法和固相混合法引入助烧剂CuO来降低Ba2Ti9O20的烧结温度。研究了CuO对Ba2Ti9O20陶瓷的烧结和介电性能的影响。结果表明,液相包覆CuO后,Ba2Ti9O20陶瓷的烧结温度从1400℃降至1200℃。CuSO4溶液的浓度为0.32 mol/L,1200℃烧结4 h所制得Ba2Ti9O20陶瓷的介电性能良好:εr=43,tanδ=0.005,τf=-7 ppm/℃(1 MHz)。 Ba2Ti9O20 main phase are prepared from BaCO3 and TiO2 powders. In order to reduce the sintering temperature of Ba2TigO20 ceramic we have used liquid coating method and solid phase mix method to dope CuO. The effects of CuO doping on the sintering and dielectric properties of Ba2Ti9O20 were studied. The results show that liquid coating with CuO could decrease the sintering temperature of Ba2Ti9O20 ceramics from 1400 ℃ to 1200 ℃. A good dielectric properties of εr =43 ,tanδ =0. 005 ,τf = - 7ppm/℃ (1 MHz) were obtained for the 0.32 mol/L CuSO4 concentration added Ba2Ti9O20 ceramics sintered at 1200 ℃ for 4 h.
