摘要 气敏材料作为检测有毒有害及可燃气体的工具,已深入到人类生活的各个领域。SnO2作为无机气敏材料的代表,具有很多优异的性能。如物理、化学稳定性好,耐腐蚀性强、对气体的检测可逆、吸脱附时间短、电阻随浓度变化一般呈抛物线变化、制备费用较低,受到气敏研究者的广泛关注。本文从纳米SnO2的制备技术、添加气体过滤膜、运用表面修饰和掺杂改性等4个方面,归纳近年来国内外研究者为提高SnO2气敏材料的气敏性能所做的工作。并对其中存在的问题进行分析总结,对该领域今后的研究提出一些建议并对其发展趋势做了展望。 Gas sensitive material, as a tool with poisonous, harmful and combustible gas by detection, has been deep into various fields of human life. SnO2, as the representatiw of inorganic gas sensitive material, has plenty of outstanding performance. Good physical and chemical stability; strong corrosion resistance; reversible detection against gas; short absorption and resorption time; resistance generally shows a parabolic curve change with change of concentration; lower preparation cost, etc. Thus it received extensive attention from gas sensitive researchers. The paper reviewed works that were done by foreign and domestic researchers to improve gas sensitive performance of SnO2 gas sensitive material in recent years from four aspects, preparation technology of nanometer stannic oxide, adding of gas filtering membrane, application of surface finish process and doping vario-property. Moreover, the existing problems, proposed some suggestions for future researches in this field and made expectation about its development trend were analyzed and summarized.
