再铸磷酸氢锆/Nafion~复合膜的制备与表征

摘要 采用溶液再铸法制备了磷酸氢锆(ZrHP)/Nation复合膜,并借助XRD、SEM、EDX、TGA及单池放电等技术研究了复合膜的微观结构、形貌以及电化学性能。结果表明,粒径约5~10μLm的椭圆形或圆形ZrHP粒子均匀分布在Nation膜中,并改善了中温区膜的热稳定性。用作直接甲醇燃料电池(DMFC)的电解质膜时,90℃时DMFC的峰值功率密度达158mW/cm2,该结果与纯再铸Nafion膜性能相当,明显高于商品Nafion115膜的102mw/cm2。 ZrHP/Nafion composite membrane was prepared by solution recasting. The microstructure, morphology and electrochemical properties of the obtained composite membrane were evaluated by XRD, SEM, EDX and TGA. The results showed that round or oval ZrHP with particle size of 5-10 μm distributed evenly within Nation matrix and improved the thermal stability of membrane at medium temperature. The peak power density of direct methanol fuel cell with the composite membrane can be as high as 158 mW/cm2, which was comparable with that of recast pure Nation membrane and higher than that of commercial Nafion115 membrane.
