掺钆锌型无机抗菌材料的研究 被引量:1

摘要 本实验在制备时将锌离子和稀土元素钆共同掺杂到白炭黑中,利用溶胶-凝胶法得到一种含稀土的新型无机抗菌材料。通过单因素实验得到最佳制备条件为:锌离子浓度0.05 mol·L-1,稀土元素钆浓度0.005 mol·L-1,反应时间1 h。在此条件下制备出抗菌白炭黑,并采用XRD、FTIR、抗菌测试等手段进行表征。结果表明产品为无定形态;稀土钆和金属锌的添加并没有明显改变白炭黑原有的结构;且稀土钆离子起到了协同杀菌作用,提高了锌离子的杀菌性能,锌-钆抗菌白炭黑的杀菌率可达90%。 In this experiment, the rare earth element gadolinium and zinc ions were doped into white carbon black in the preparation. A new type of inorganic antibacterial materials containing rare earth elements was obtained by sol gel method. The optimum preparation conditions were obtained by single factor experiments : the concentration of zinc ion 0. 05 mol·L^-1, the rare earth gadolinium concentration 0. 005 mol·L^-1, reaction time 1 h. Under the above conditions, the antibacterial white carbon black was prepared, and characterized by using XRD, FTIR, antibacterial test and other means. The results showed that the product was amorphous. In addition, the original structure of silica was not cllanged by adding rare earth gadolinium and metal zinc. The rare earth gadolinium ions had a synergistic antibacterial effect, and enhanced the antibacterial properties of zinc ion. The sterilization rate of Zn-Gd antibacterial white carbon black can reach to 90 %.
