摘要
为了对沥青混合料的三维重构技术进行研究,本文采用医用X射线电子计算机CT扫描装置对SMA-13沥青混合料试件进行CT扫描,用Matlab进行图像处理后,结合二维最大熵分割理论测定沥青混合料空隙率,并且将得到的扫描图片dcm格式导入Mimics10.01软件中,通过阈值的调节控制对粗集料、沥青砂浆及空隙进行识别与分离,进而得到沥青混合料的空隙率,并将二者得到的沥青混合料空隙率进行对比分析。结果表明,与Matlab方法计算得到的沥青混合料空隙率相比Mimics计算得到的结果更为精确,而且Mimics操作简单,阈值易于调整控制,细观结构分离更加方便清晰,势必对沥青混合料三维重构方面的研究起到一定的推动作用,为进行有限元数值模拟提供新方法、新思路。
In order to research the three-dimensional reconstruction of asphalt mixture, we use the medical CT machine to scan the SMA-13 asphalt mixture. Processing images by Matlab and combined two-dimensional entropic threshold to calculate the air void of the asphalt :mixture. And importing the scan images of dcm format to Mimics, throughing the adjustment of the threshold to identify and separate the coarse aggregate ,asphalt mortar and air voids, then get the asphalt mixture air void percentages. And analyze the air void percentages of these two. It shows that relative to the method of Matlab, the method of Mimics is better. Because the method of Mimics is easy to operate and the threshold easy to control, what~ more, the mesoscopic structure is more convenient and clear. The technology of Mimics will play an important role in the study of the three-dimensional reconstruction of asphalt mixture, and will provide a new way and a new idea for three dimensional numerical simulation.
