摘要
利用正硅酸乙酯(TEOS)的水解反应,在Cr2O3颗粒表面形成SiO2包覆膜,考察了前驱体、悬浮液的固相含量及水硅比对颗粒表面包膜的影响,并对样品进行了表征,证明液相包覆实验过程的可行性。
Silica-coated chromium oxide green pigments were prepared using a liquid phase method where hydrolytically derived SiO2 layer, arising from the hydrolytic reaction of tetraethyl orthosilicate (TEOS) , was coated on the surface of Cr2O3 particles. The influence of precursors, solid contents of suspensions and ratios of water to Silica on the coated particle surface were investigated. The as-prepared samples were characterized and the restuhs show that the experimental method is feasible.
