硫气氛下热处理对太阳能玻璃减反膜透过率的影响

摘要 本文研究了硫气氛下热处理对太阳能玻璃减反膜透过率的影响,结果表明玻璃透过率与S含量、硫熏时间密切相关。并进一步测试了各试样减反膜的反射光谱、表面形貌、断面形貌、断面成分及硫元素深度分布,探讨分析了硫气氛下的热处理对太阳能玻璃减反膜透过率的影响机理。 Effect of heat treatment in sulfur atmosphere on transmittance of antireflective coated solar glass was studied, and the results show that light transmittance of the sample is closely related with sulfur content in sulfide atmosphere and heat treating time. Further, by testing the reflection spectrum, surface topography, section morphology, section composition and vertical sulfur distribution of corresponding samples, the effecting mechanism of heat treatment in sulfur atmosphere on transmittance of antireflective coating solar glass was discussed and analyzed.
