摘要
目的比较两种会厌囊肿切除术的疗效及优势。方法回顾性分析两种会厌囊肿切除术的术后出血情况、创面恢复及复发情况。结果研究组术后无出血,对照组术后有4例出现出血;研究组伪膜脱落所需时间及创面恢复时间较对照组短;术后随访6个月~3年,研究组病例均无复发,对照组有5例出现复发。结论支撑喉镜-鼻内镜下会厌囊肿低温等离子切除术,暴露清除,手术切除彻底,复发率低,术后恢复快,出血少,安全性高,且鼻内镜摄录系统可以保存手术资料,便于科研及临床教学。
Objective To compare the curative effect and superiority of two ways in epiglottic cystectomy.Methods Restrospective study the situation of the bleeding of raw surface,wound recovery and cyst replace of two ways in epiglottic cystectomy. Results Visible bleeding was observed in none cases of study group,minor bleeding was found in 4 cases of control group,The healing time is shorten in study group than in control group,After a follow- up by 6m to 3y,none of the replace in study group and 5 cases with replace in control group.Conclusion Epiglottic cystectomy of Low- temperature plasma under Support laryngoscope- nasal endoscope is a thoroughly- resected,minimally recurred and extremely securited surgical approach,and nasal endoscope has perturbation and video function,it is convenient for scientific research and clinical teaching.
