彭浦新村小于胎龄儿体格发育情况分析

Analysis of the Growth of Small For Gestational Age Babies in Pengpu New Estate

目的通过对本社区婴幼儿体格发育情况调查,了解小于胎龄儿(SGA)发生、发育情况。方法回顾性调查本社区SGA情况以及与正常儿体重增长的比较分析。结果共调查2 014例,小于胎龄儿36例,占1.79%,其中男性12例,占33.33%,女性24例,占66.67%。12个月女性SGA与12个月女性正常婴儿体重增长差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),其余各组差异均无统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论加强换乳期SGA的喂养指导,提高社区儿童保健工作者的专业水平。

Objective Through this community infantile growth survey to understand small for gestational age children（ SGA） occurs,development of the situation. Methods A retrospective surey of the community as well asSGA children with normal weight gain comparative analysis. Results Investigated a total of 2014 cases,small for gestational age children in 36 case,accounting for 1. 79%,male12 cases,accounting for 33. 33%,female 24cases,accounting for 66. 67%. 12month female SGA women with normal weight babies 12 months increased significantly（ P ＆lt; 0. 05）,other groups showed no significant difference（ P ＆lt; 0. 05）. Conclusion Strengthening complementary feeding period SGA feeding guidance,community child protection workers professional standards.
