氨力农治疗充血性心力衰竭临床观察

Clinical investigation of the effects of amrinone on congestive heart failure

目的与方法 :观察使用新的正性肌力药氨力浓治疗 80例充血性心力衰竭 (CHF)的疗效 结果 :心功能得到改善 ,显效率 6 6 .3% ,总有效率 95 .0 %。其中按常规强心、利尿、扩血管治疗无效的2 0例难治性CHF ,心功能明显改善。结论 :氨力农治疗CHF及难治性CHF临床疗效肯定。

Objective and method:Amrinone, a new positive inotropic drug, was used for the treatment of eighty patients with congestive heart failure and twenty patients with refractory heart failure. Result:The total response to amrinone was 95.0%, and 66.3% of them got significant improvement. In the group of refractory heart failure we found that the blood levels of catecholamine, norepinephrine and epinephrine after the treatment was markedly reduced in contrast to that before the treatment. No obvious side-effect was found in our observation.Conclusion: We conclude that this drug can play a useful role in the management of congestive heart failure, include refractory heart failure.
