摘要 针对0.5μm标准CMOS工艺设计了X射线直接成像用240位有源像素图像传感器(APS)阵列。搭建了移动采集平台,完成了时序信号匹配,采用NI PCI 6115DAQ多功能数据采集卡对80kV 250μA X射线辐射下的移动目标进行数据采集,一帧图像采集数据量为240×400。选取LabVIEW8.6作为软件平台,完成了对数据的存储,实现了电压信号到灰度信号的转化,并通过vision函数组实现灰度信号成像。 The 240× 1 COMS active pixel linear array were designed with the 0.5 μm standard CMOS process.Moving acquisition platform was constructed.Driving signals were matched.Under the X-ray radiation that charactered with 80 kV 250 μA,240×400 samples were collected by the NI PCI 6115.LabVIEW8.6 were chosen as the software to store and process the data.The voltage signal were translated into gray scale signal and imaged by vision functions.
