高精度环境试验设备温湿度自动校准系统设计 被引量:5

摘要 通过RS232串口连接Agilent 34970A数据采集/开关单元与PC,34970A配置34901A20通道多路转换器模块。将34901A与重新计算特征参数的A级Pt100四线制铂热电阻相连实现高精度的温湿度测量。在VS2010环境下应用C++语言开发了温湿度自动校准软件对34970A进行控制,实现自动采集、保存和处理数据,软件界面友好,操作简单。结果表明,系统测试精度和效率都较高。 Agilent 34970A data acquisition/switch unit which configures agilent 34901A communicates with PC using RS232 serial port.The agilent 34901A is a 20 channel multiplexer module.By making connection between the 34901A module and 4-wire Pt100 resistance of A class whose characteristic coefficient is recalculated,we realize the high precision temperature and humidity measurement.An automatic calibrating software is developed with C++ language in VS2010 environment to remotely control the agilent 34970A and it can gather and save measure datas,then calculate out the result.Besides,the software is reliable for use with a friendly interface.The result indicates that the system has a high computational accuracy and computational efficiency.
