摘要 目的 :研究儿童鼻粘膜纤毛传输功能及麻黄素滴鼻剂对儿童鼻粘膜纤毛传输功能的影响。方法 :任意抽选 5~ 10岁、11~ 16岁正常儿童各 5 9例 ,并对后者行 1%呋嘛滴鼻剂每日 3次、每次2滴滴鼻 ,持续 10d和停药 1月后分别进行糖精实验 ;鼻病组 (变应性鼻炎 5 9例、慢性鼻鼻窦炎 6 2例 )也分别用糖精法测定鼻粘膜纤毛输送率 (MTR)。结果 :呋嘛滴鼻组与慢性鼻窦炎组与正常组比较P <0 .0 1,差别有显著性意义 ;变态反应组与正常组比较P >0 .0 5 ,呋嘛滴鼻组停药后与正常组比较P >0 .0 5 ,无显著性差异。结论 :麻黄素类鼻腔粘膜局部减充血剂持续使用 10d ,对鼻腔纤毛功能造成可逆性损害 ;糖精法测量MTR可作为儿童鼻粘膜病变严重程度的评定的客观指标。 Objective: To study the mucociliary clearance and the effect of Naristillae Ephedrini Hydrochloridi on children. Methods: 59 normal children of 5~10 year-old and 11~16 year-old were randomly selected in the latter group,saccharin technique was made after ten days continuous use of 1% Naristillae Ephedrini Hydrochloridi and the same test was made one month after the medicine was stopped. In patients group(59 patients with allergic rhinitis 62 patients with chronic rhinositis),mucociliary transport rat(MTR) was measured by saccharin technique respectively. Result: MTR was obviously different in 1% Naristillae Ephedrini Hydrochloridi group and chronic rhinositis group and normal group, there are different in Allerg Rhinitis group and normal group. Conclusion: Ten days of continuous use of local nasal decongestants as 1% Naristillae Ephednrini Hydrochloridi will cause reversible harm to MTR; the saccharin technique can be the objective method of assessing the degree of changes in the mucosa.
