巯甲丙脯酸与倍他乐克联合治疗充血性心力衰竭的临床观察

The clinical study on combination of captopril and betaloc for treatment of congestive heart failure

目的 :研究巯甲丙脯酸与倍他乐克联合治疗充血性心力衰竭的临床疗效。方法 :对 180例充血性心力衰竭病例进行临床研究 ,观察其加用巯甲丙脯酸与倍他乐克后心功能及临床征象的变化。结果 :用药后 96 %病例心功能改善Ⅰ级以上 (NYHA分级 ) ,临床症状明显好转。结论 :巯甲丙脯酸与倍他乐克治疗心力衰竭疗效肯定、可靠、安全性好。

Objective: To study on the clinical effect of combination of captopril and betaloc for treatment of congestive heart failure (CHF). Method: 180 patients with CHF were enrolled in this clinical study. Observation of the alternation of heart function and clinical effects was after using captopril and betaloc.Result:The heart function of 96% patients improved to over I class (by NYHA)and clinical signs changed better obviously.Conclusion:The combination of captopril and betaloc is absolutely reliable and safe with CHF.
