功能性消化不良的胃排空及精神因素分析

Analysis the mind agent and gastric emptying in functional dyspepsia

目的 :探讨胃排空及精神因素在功能性消化不良中的作用及机制。方法 :5 8例功能性消化不良患者 ,进行胃排空检查及Zung氏抑郁量表测查 ,并用莫沙比利 5mg ,每日三次和 /或抗精神药物治疗。治疗一月后进行胃排空检查及Zung氏抑郁量表测查。结果 :治疗前后胃排空及Zung氏抑郁量表测查异常例数有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :胃排空及精神因素在功能性消化不良中占有重要地位 ,对功能性消化不良应采取个体化用药。

Objective:To discuss the action and the mechanism of gastric emptying and mind agent in the functional dyspepsia. Method: 58 patients suffering from functional dyspepsia are given gastric emptying and Zung's depression measuring scale check, and are treated with Mosapride five milligram three times a day and/or anti-psychotropic drugs for one month, then they will be given the above check again. Result: the difference of the number of the abnormality of gastric emptying and mind agent before and after the treatment is significant.Conclusion: gastric emptying and mind agent play an important role in functional dyspepsia,and the treatment should be individualization.
