摘要
目的:探讨趋化因子Eotaxin、RANTES在变应性鼻炎(AR)大鼠模型中的表达及意义。方法:采用6-7周SD雌性大鼠20只,按体重随机分成对照组和AR组,每组10只。以卵清蛋白致敏激发制成AR模型,记录大鼠喷嚏和鼻痒等鼻部症状,处死后检测大鼠黏膜的病理学改变及趋化因子Eotaxin、RANTES在其鼻黏膜及肺组织的表达。结果:与对照组比较,AR组肺中EOS细胞数高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.01);AR组大鼠鼻腔黏膜及肺组织中Eotaxin、RANTES的表达明显增强(P〈0.01)。结论:AR大鼠模型鼻黏膜及肺组织中有高表达的Eotaxin、RANTES,其与AR大鼠模型中EOS的大量浸润有关,表明上下呼吸道炎症反应具有明显的一致性。
ObjectiveTo explore the expression and significance of Eotaxin and RANTES in the rat model ofallergic rhinitis (AR). Method:20 female SD rats in 6--7 weeks were randomly divided into control group and ARgroup (n= 10, respectively). AR rat model was made with ovalbumin stimulation. To detect pathological changesin mucosa and chemokine Eotaxin, RANTES in their nasal and lung tissues after execution. Result: Compared withthe control group, Lung EOS cell counted higher in AR group and the difference was significant (P〈0.01) ; theAR rats nasal mucosa and lung tissue of Eotaxin, RANTES expression was significantly increased (P〈0.01).Conclusion: There exist high expression of Eotaxin, RANTES, infiltration of eosinophils in nasal and lung tissueof model rats with allergic rhinitis, inferring that the upper and lower respiratory tract inflammatory response hasobvious consistency.
