患者,男,54岁,1年前出现咽部异物感,呈持续性,偶有咽痛,曾就诊于当地医院,诊断为＂慢性咽喉炎＂,予药物治疗,无明显好转。近1个月来出现吞咽时咽痛,来我院就诊,于门诊行纤维电子喉镜检查提示：左咽侧壁杓状软骨上方可见表面光滑条状物凸向喉内,可随咽部活动而运动。舌根、会厌、双侧梨状窝、双侧咽会厌壁及杓区正常。门诊以＂左甲状软骨上角增生？＂收入院。既往患者有按压左侧颈部甲状软骨习惯。入院后完善喉部3D-

Summary The external stimuli and other reasons may result in hyperplasia and abnormal angle of the upper corner of the thyroid cartilage. The upper corner of the thyroid cartilage has anatomical variations. To oppression stimulate carotid artery, cervical sympathetic dry section and so on, could causing pharyngeal foreign body sensation and sore throat. By surgical removal of the thyroid cartilage hyperplasia upper corner,postoperative symptoms would be resolved.
