综合治疗先天性泪囊炎临床分析

Clinical analysis of treating neonatal dacryocystitis with combination therapy

目的 观察综合疗法治疗先天性泪囊炎的临床疗效.方法 采用回顾性系列病例研究,对2007年1月至2012年8月在齐齐哈尔医学院第一附属医院眼科就诊的219例257只眼先天性泪囊炎患儿行泪囊按摩、加压冲洗无效即予泪道探通治疗情况进行分析.结果 在257只眼中行泪囊按摩法治愈21只眼,治愈率为8.17％ （21/257）;泪道加压冲洗法治愈37只眼,治愈率为14.40％ （37/257）;泪道探通法治愈185只眼,治愈率为71.98％ （185/257）,其中1次探通治愈173只眼,2-3次探通治愈12只眼;另有14只眼无效,占5.45％ （14/257）.结论 泪道探通能明显提高先天性泪囊炎的治愈率,且安全可行、应尽早为宜.

Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of combination therapy on neonatal daeryocystitis.Methods A retrospective case series study.A total of 219 outpatients （257 eyes） with neonatal dacryocystitis were selected from January 2007 to August 2012 in the department of ophthalmology,the first affiliated hospital of Qiqihar medical college.The probing of lacrimal passage was performed which were ineffective in lacrimal sac and pressure washing,and treatment conditions were analyzed.Results Of 257 eyes,lacrimal sac massage cured 21 eyes,the cure rate was 8.17% （2 1/257）; lacrimal passage pressure washing cured 37 eyes,the cure rate was 14.40% （37/257）; probing of lacrimal passage cured 185 eyes,the cure rate was 71.98% （185/257）,in which 173 eyes cured with once probing,12 eyes cured with 2-3 probing; 14 eyes were ineffective and the rate was 5.45% （14/257）.Conclusions Probing of lacrimal passage can significantly improve the cure rate of neonatal dacryocystitis,which is safe and feasible and should be performed earlier.
