面朝下体位在特发性黄斑裂孔延迟愈合作用二例

摘要 例1女,64岁.因左眼视物模糊变形1个月,于2009年4月2日来我院门诊就诊.无眼部外伤及神经系统病史,右眼外伤后未治疗50年,否认糖尿病史,高血压病史20年.眼部查体：右眼无光感;左眼视力0.15,矫正0.2.右眼眼压Tn,左眼眼压14 mmHg.裂隙灯检查：右眼角膜瓷白色,余情况窥不清;左眼前节未见异常.双目镜检查：见黄斑区一约1/3PD大小圆孔,视网膜平伏.
