Progress of therapy in malignant obstruction with metallic stent

摘要 结直肠癌是极其常见的恶性肿瘤之一,发病率高、预后差,严重危害了人类健康.据统计2010年美国有140 000例新发结直肠癌和52 000患者因结肠癌而死亡[1].中国近年来因饮食结构的变化等因素,结直肠癌的发病率和死亡率呈大幅度上升趋势[2].在我国接受治疗的结直肠癌患者大多为中晚期,其中大部分患者存在有不同程度的梗阻.
