α_1-肾上腺素受体拮抗剂类药物治疗前列腺增生症的研究进展 被引量:6

摘要 良性前列腺增生症又称前列腺肥大,是一种以前列腺增大为明显特征的常见的老年性疾病,其给生活带来巨大困扰。本文通过对近些年来国内外文献的查阅,对α1-肾上腺素受体拮抗剂类药治疗前列腺增生进行综述,最终为开发新型α1-肾上腺素受体拮抗剂类治疗前列腺药物提供参考依据。
