溃疡性结肠炎血清脂联素与炎症因子相关性

Correlation between serous adiponectin and inflammation factors in ulcerative colitis

目的研究溃疡性结肠炎血清脂联素与炎症因子的相关性。方法选择溃疡性结肠炎患者为研究对象(UC组),以正常健康人为对照(对照组),采用ELISA检测并比较两组间血清脂联素、hs-CRP、TNF-α、IL-2、IL-4、IL-8、IL-10和IL-17的差异,分析血清脂联素与炎症因子的相关性。结果 UC组患者血清脂联素和IL-10均显著低于CON组(均P<0.05),hs-CRP、TNF-α、IL-2、IL-4、IL-8、IL-10和IL-17显著高于CON组(均P<0.05)。相关性分析表明UC组患者血清脂联素与hs-CRP、TNF-α、IL-2、IL-4、IL-8和IL-17呈负相关(rs<0,P<0.05),与IL-10呈正相关(rs>0,P<0.05)。结论溃疡性结肠炎血清脂联素与hs-CRP、TNF-α、IL-2、IL-4、IL-8和IL-17呈负相关,与IL-10呈正相关,可用于评估其炎症。

Objective To study the correlation between serous adiponectin and inflammation factors in ulcerative colitis.Methods Patients with ulcerative colitis were selected for study, while the healthy people were chosen for control. The serous adiponectin and inflammation factors were compared. The correlation between serous adiponectin and inflammation factors in patients with ulcerative colitis were analyzed.ResultsThe serous adiponectin, IL-10 in UC group were significantly lower than in CON group （P〈0.05）, while they were higher in hs-CRP, TNF-α, IL-2, IL-4, IL-8, IL-17（P〈0.05）. The serous adiponectin correlated positively with IL-10, while negatively with hs-CRP, TNF-α, IL-2, IL-4, IL-8, IL-17 （P〈0.05）.ConclusionSerous adiponectin correlates positively with IL-10, while negatively with hs-CRP, TNF-α, IL-2, IL-4, IL-8, IL-17（P〈0.05）. It could act as a biomarker in the inflammation status evaluation for ulcerative colitis.
