摘要
目的探讨过敏性皮肤病与血清中食物特异性IgG抗体的相关性及临床意义。方法采用酶联免疫法对我院皮肤科门诊收治的750例过敏性皮肤病患者血清食物特异性IgG抗体水平进行检测,比较不同类型皮肤病患者IgG抗体阳性率,并对患者进行饮食疗法治疗,随访观察6个月后病情改善情况。结果过敏性皮肤疾病患者的血清中食物不耐受食物IgG抗体阳性率为83.06%,过敏性IgG抗体升高主要发生于虾和鸡蛋中;6个月的饮食疗法后随访结果表明共675例自诉得到明显改善,50例部分改善,25例未见明显改善。结论过敏性皮肤疾病与食物之间存在显著相关性。检测血清中食物特异性IgG抗体对于过敏性的皮肤疾病的诊断和治疗具有一定的价值。
Objective To explore the correlation between allergic dermatitis and food-specific serum IgG antibodies and its clinical significance.Methods Levels of food-specific serum IgG was tested via enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay in 750 patients with allergic dermatitis who were admitted to the department of dermatology in our hospital. Positive rate of IgG was compared in patients with different types of dermatitis, and dietary therapy was given to patients for the treatment. Conditions of the disease in 6 months were followed and observed.Results The positive rate of IgG antibodies for patients with allergic dermatitis whose serum is intolerant to food was 83.06%. Increase of allergic IgG mainly occurred in shrimps and eggs; results of follow-up for 6-month dietary therapy showed that 675 patients reported to have significant improvement, 50 partially improvement and 25 no obvious improvement. Conclusion There is a significant correlation between allergic dermatitis and food. The test for food-specific serum IgG has a certain value on the diagnosis and treatment of allergic dermatitis.
