介绍我国暗厨房、敞开式厨房的现状、存在的问题及产生的原因,提出了通过标准的修订解决该问题的思路及具体方案。

The current situation, existing prob- lems and causes of dark kitchens and open kitchens are introduced. The ideas and specific schemes for solving the problems through revising the standards are proposed.
