Research on Material Inventory Management Measures of Beijing Gas Group Based on Supply Chain Theory

结合北京燃气集团物资库存管理创新实践经验,阐述如何把供应链管理理念应用到燃气企业物资库存管理过程,通过"内部供应链"与"外部供应链"流程的整合优化,把从供应商到最终消费者的物流活动作为整体进行统一管理,从而达到在保障物资供应安全的同时,有效降低库存量,提高企业资金有效利用率的目标。

Combined with the innovation practice experience of Beijing Gas Group material inventory management, how to apply the supply chain management concept to the material inventory management process of gas enterprises is expounded. Though integrating and optimizing the processes of “the internal supply chain” and “the external supply chain”, the unified management of logistics activities from suppliers to final consumers is undertaken as a whole to achieve the goals to ensure the material supply safety, effectively reduce the inventory and improve the capital utilization efficiency simultaneously.
