摘要
以丙烯酸(AA)、丙烯酰胺(AM)、2-丙烯酰胺基-2-甲基丙磺酸(AMPS)和丙烯酰氧乙基三甲基氯化铵(DAC)为原料,N,N-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺(MBA)为交联剂,合成了一种体膨型堵水剂。考察了合成条件对产物性能的影响,确定的最优合成条件是:AA与AM质量比4∶1,反应温度60℃,AMPS用量7%(以反应物总质量为基准),DAC用量4%(以反应物总质量为基准),引发剂用量0.5%(以单体总质量为基准),交联剂用量0.05%(以单体总质量为基准)。合成的堵水剂具有较好的抗盐能力,且在煤油中几乎不膨胀,通过岩心流动实验评价了堵水剂的封堵能力和耐冲刷性能,该堵水剂封堵率能达到86.1%,经过25倍孔隙体积的后续水冲刷,注入压力仅下降0.13 MPa,该堵水剂具有较强的耐冲刷能力。
A swellable type blocking agent was synthesized by copolymerization, using acrylic acid ( AA ) , acrylamide ( AM ), 2-acrylamido-2-methylpropane sulfonic acid ( AMPS ), and acryloyloxyethyl trimethyl ammonium chloride (DAC) as monomers, and N, N-methylene-bis-acrylamide (MBA) as cross-linking agent. The effects of reaction conditions on the properties were studied and the optimal synthesis conditions were determined as follows:the mass ratio of AA to AM was 4:1, the reaction temperature was 60 ~C, the amount of initiator, cross-linking agent, AMPS, DAC and MBA were 0. 5 %, 0.05% ,7% and 4% separately. The blocking agent had good salt tolerance and hardly expanded in kerosene. The plugging agent's plugging ability and resistance to scour were evaluated by core flow tests and its plugging rate reached 86. 1% and injection pressure decreased slightly after subsequent water scouring whose volume was more than 25 times that of the pore volume. The blocking agent had a strong resistance to erosion.
