摘要 目的研究赖氨酰氧化酶(LOX)与C-erB-2在胃癌及癌旁组织中的表达,探讨其与胃癌发生的关系。方法收集行手术切除的新鲜胃癌及相应的癌旁组织(距离胃癌组织5 cm)各73例,采用Western-Blot方法检测组织中的LOX、C-erB-2蛋白在胃癌及癌旁组织中的表达情况,采用Spearman等级相关分析方法分析LOX与C-erB-2在胃癌中表达之间的相互关系。结果 LOX在65例胃癌组织中的相对表达量为0.39133±0.1023,在癌旁组织中的相对表达量为0.3027±0.1325,胃癌组织中的LOX表达水平明显高于癌旁组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);LOX与CerB-2的表达水平呈正相关(r=13.7,P<0.01),LOX与C-erB-2在胃癌的发生及发展中发挥重要的作用。结论在胃癌组织,LOX与C-erB-2的表达水平明显高于癌旁组织。LOX与C-erB-2在胃癌的发生及发展中发挥重要的作用。 Objective To study the expression of LOX(lysyl oxidase)and C - erB - 2 in gastric cancer and around the cancer adjacent tissues,then to determine their relationship with gastric cancer. Methods We collected surgical removal tissue of the fresh gastric carcinoma and the corresponding adjacent tissue of carcinoma of gastric cancer. Each of them have 73 cases using the method of Western Blot to detect protein expression of LOX,C - erB -2 in gastric and adjacent of cancer tissues,using the Spearman rank correlation analysis methods to analyze the LOX and the relationship between C - erB -2 expression in gastric cancer. Results LOX relative expression in the tissue of 65 cases of gastric cancer was 0. 3913 3 ±0. 1023. The relative expression quantity in the tissue adjacent to carcinoma was 0. 3027 ±0. 1325. LOX expression levels were significantly higher than the that of adjacent tissue group. The difference have statistically significance( P ﹤0. 05). LOX expression levels of C - erB -2 was positively correlated( r =13. 7,P ﹤0. 01). LOX and C - erB -2 had played an important role in the occurrence and development of gastric cancer. Conclusion In the gastric cancer tissues,the expression level of LOX and C - erB -2 are obviously higher than the expression level of tissue adjacent to carcinoma. LOX and C - erB -2 plays an important role in the growing and developing of gastric cancer occurrence.
