非体外循环冠状动脉搭桥术的临床疗效观察 被引量:9

摘要 目的:分析和研究非体外循环冠状动脉搭桥术的临床效果。方法52例冠心病患者,采用非体外循环冠状动脉搭桥术进行治疗,将其临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果52例患者均治愈出院;术后14 h内拔除气管插管;在ICU监护的时间为72~98 h;出院时间为12~18 d。结论非体外循环冠状动脉搭桥术治疗冠心病,能够降低患者免疫损伤、心肌缺血、再灌注损伤、炎症等发生几率,有效保护患者心脏功能,并且减少呼吸神经系统及心律失常等并发症发生,值得临床应用与推广。 Objective To analyze and study the clinical efficacy of off-pump coronary artery bypass. Methods A retrospective analysis was made for 52 cases with coronary heart disease treated by off-pump coronary artery bypass. Results All of the 52 patients had recovered and left the hospital. Tracheal intubations were extubated within 14 hours after surgery. ICU monitoring time was 72-98 hours, and discharge time was 12-18 days. Conclusion Off-pump coronary artery bypass in treatment of coronary heart disease can reduce the incidences of immune injury, myocardial ischemia, reperfusion injury, and inflammation. It can protect the patient’s heart function effectively and reduce the complications rates of respiratory nervous system and arrhythmia. It is worth popularizing application in clinic.
