高渗盐水复苏宫外孕未控制失血性休克的疗效评价

摘要 目的评价高渗盐水复苏宫外孕未控制失血性休克的疗效。方法将准备急诊手术、符合宫外孕未控制失血性休克患者81例随机分为高盐渗水复苏组(治疗组46例)和传统液体复苏组(对照组35例)。对两组患者液体复苏成功(术前)前后的心率、收缩压、复苏时间等进行统计学分析。结果两组的心率和收缩压液体复苏前后差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。高渗盐水组术前准备时间(96.9±28.6)min明显短于对照组(120.4±31.7)min,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论高渗盐水联合胶体液对宫外孕失血性休克患者进行早期复苏急救可以在最短时间内产生效果,以最快的速度恢复患者血压,为急诊手术创造有利条件。
