无肝素体外膜肺氧合治疗体外循环术后心源性休克的临床研究 被引量:4

摘要 目的:研究对体外循环术后出现心源性休克的患者实施无肝素体外膜肺氧合(ECMO)的临床效果。方法行体外循环术的患者中选取58例术后心源性休克病例,其中25例为冠心病,10例瓣膜病,8例先天性心脏病,6例扩张性心肌病,3例大血管疾病,2例冠心病伴瓣膜病,4例其他病种,对所有患者实施无肝素ECMO辅助治疗,观察包括脱机率、生存率、并发症情况等在内的治疗效果。结果 ECMO辅助时间为8~335 h,平均时间(84.8±75.6)h,其中20例未脱机死亡(34.48%),38例脱机(65.52%),18例脱机后死亡,20例脱机后生存(34.48%)。结论无肝素ECMO可为体外循环术后心源性休克患者提供有效的循环辅助支持。
