摘要
高职院校物流专业"师傅带徒弟"的实训模式,就是学院与企业结合的模式、理论与实践结合的模式、学院教师与企业师傅结合的模式、学生课堂学习与学生企业学习结合的模式,通过"师傅带徒弟"的实训模式,使学生既能学到物流专业的理论知识,又能掌握物流专业的实践知识,使学生毕业就能上岗,上岗就能成为熟练操作工。
