摘要
随着消费者对服务质量的重视,优质服务已成为企业打败其他竞争者,赢得消费者的制胜法宝。而我国物流行业虽然发展迅速,但受传统营销理念的影响较深,服务营销仍是现代物流企业待开发的一个新领域。
Because of consumers pay attention to the quality of service, quality service has become the key to attract consumers, and win the other. Although, China's logistics industry is developing rapidly, but, still influenced by the traditional marketing concept deeply, service marketing is a new field of modem logistics enterprises.
