On the Inventory Management of Subway Operation Company Fastener——A Case Study of Nanjing Metro

文章主要以南京地铁为例,探讨了地铁运营公司紧固件库存管理问题。阐述了紧固件库存管理的目标与特点;说明了南京地铁曾在紧固件库存管理遇到难以确定申购计划、紧固件可获得性低等问题,最后,讨论解决南京地铁紧固件库存管理问题的方法,即利用在订货水平系统制定科学合理的申购计划,采用"双箱"可视化管理紧固件库存。希望对同行业的兄弟公司地铁紧固件库存管理有一定借鉴意义。

In this paper, taking Nanjing metro as an example, discusses the subway operating company fastener inventory management problem and the target and characteristics of fasteners of inventory management. The Nanjing subway was imprisoned parts inventory management encountered difficult to determine the purchase plan, and the fastener availability problems. Finally, discuss the method to solve the Nanjing subway fastener inventory management problem, namely the level system in order to establish scientific and reasonable purchase plan, use the ＂double box＂ visual management fastener inventory. Hope to have the certain reference inventory management in the same industry brothers subway fastener.
