摘要
在数控加工中,经常会遇到用复杂数学公式表示具有复杂型面产品的加工,这对造型设计和数控编程都将带来很大的困难。针对这个问题,首先利用MATLAB软件绘制复杂公式表示的曲面,然后提取曲面上所有点的三维坐标数据,再导入到UG中,绘制三维实体模型,最后生成相应的数控加工程序,从而方便地实现了复杂型面的数控加工编程。
Processing of mathematical formulated complex surface products may be encountered frequently in NC machining, which brings difficulty to modeling and programming. In this paper, the mathematical formulated surface was drafted using MATLAB software, three dimension data of all the points on the surface were extracted and imported into UG software to draft three dimension graphics to generate NC program, which realized programming of complex surface in NC machining.
