论我国企业治理理论的缺陷与改进

On the Defects and Improvement in the Corporate Governance Theory in China

通过对我国企业治理理论存在的缺陷分析 ,提出将产权制度、市场竞争与法人治理结构结合起来 ,构建一个P -M -G思维框架 ,并系统地阐述了该框架的理论逻辑与优势 ,最后主张在此平台上进行理论研究和指导实践。

This paper provides an analysis on the defects in the corporate governance theory popular in current China and proposes a new analytical framework of P-M-G with a combination of the property rights,market competition and corporate governance structure.It also systematically elaborates the theoretical logic and advantages of the framework.
