摘要 目的临床分析不同微生物标本检验的阳性率,提供流行病学的信息,为临床医师治疗患者提供可靠的科学依据。方法对2011年1月-2012年12月送检到检验科的不同临床标本,共4340份,其中血液标本共835份、呼吸道标本共1605份、粪便标本共820份、尿液标本共80份、其他标本1000份。对这些标本进行接种培养,记录阳性结果,计算阳性率,比较各种标本阳性率的差异。结果 4340份标本中,478份结果培养为阳性,总阳性率为11.01%;阳性检测率高低排序依次为呼吸道标本(19.00%)、尿液标本(8.75%)、血培养标本(6.95%)和粪便标本(5.00%);呼吸道标本阳性率与血液标本、粪便标本及尿液标本阳性率比较差异有统计学意义(χ2=19.71、16.35、87.00、23.42,P<0.05)。结论临床分析不同微生物标本检验的阳性率的区别,可以指导临床医师更好的医治患者。 Objective To analyze the different clinical specimen's positive rate of microbiological test,and provide epidemiological information and reliable scientific basis for clinicians treating patients. Methods A total of 4340 clinical specimens submitted to the laboratory from January 2011 to December 2012 were analyzed,of which there were 835 blood samples,1605 respiratory specimens,820 stool samples,80 urine samples and 1000 other specimens. These specimens were inoculated to record positive results. And the positive rate was calculated for comparing the difference between the various samples. Results In the 4340 specimens,478 were positive result,the total positive rate was 11. 01%. The positive detection rate was,in turn,respiratory specimens( 19. 00%),urine samples( 8. 75%),blood culture specimens( 6. 95%),stool samples( 5.00%). There were significant differences of positive rate between respiratory specimens and urine samples,blood culture specimens and stool samples( χ2= 19. 71,χ2= 16. 35,χ2= 87. 00,χ2= 23. 42,P 0. 05). Conclusion The analysis of positive rate between different microbial samples can guide clinicians to better treat patients.
