摘要
定向射孔多缝压裂工艺作为长庆油田低渗透油藏储层改造主体技术,工艺适应性强,增产效果显著,但是随着致密油开发区块储层物性逐年变差,提高单井产量难度越来越大,以分压两段为主的定向射孔多缝压裂工艺增产效果大幅下降,需要进一步通过提高分压段数,扩大泄流体积,提高单井产量。为此,提出了分压四段定向射孔多缝压裂工艺,并针对研究区储层压裂地质特征,以提高分压四段施工效率和避免缝间压窜、纵向上形成多条相互独立的裂缝为重点优化目标,在原定向射孔多缝压裂研究成果的基础上,开展了射孔方式优化、施工工艺优选、施工参数优化等方面研究,现场试验取得了较好效果。
Oriented perforating technology of the multiple crack fracturing has strong adaptability and in Changqing low-permeability reservoir. With the development of tight reservoir,physical property of reservoir become worse and enhancing single well production become more difficult,the stimulation effectiveness of separate-two-stage oriented perforating for multi-stage fracturing decrease sharply. In order to increase the production,the separate-four-stage oriented perforating technology for multiple crack fracturing was proposed to enlarge oil drainage volume and improve per-well production. Based on the fracturing reservoir geologic characteristics,the optimization research on perforating type,construction technology and construction parameter of separate-four-stage oriented perforating fracturing technology was developed,and the on-site testing has achieved better results.
