摘要
修井作业时,防喷装置等井控设备的密封性试压,是油水井作业过程中实现有效控制、预防井喷事故发生的基础保证方法之一,是做好井控工作的重要环节。通过研究塔里木油田修井作业井控装置以及其常规试压方法,找出装备本身及试压过程的缺陷,对装备加以改进并优化现有试压方法,解决目前塔里木油田高压油水井作业中井控装置和常规试压可能带来的井控风险,大大降低井喷的发生几率,具有较好的推广价值。
During workover operation,pressure test for leakproofness of well control devices is the basic guarantee to actualize effective control and prevent the blowout accident,and also it is the important link of well control work. The defects of the well control devices and the pressure test process have been found out through research on well control devices and conventional pressure test methods used in workover operation. The well control devices and pressure test methods have been improved and optimized to solve well control risk caused by conventional well control devices and pressure test methods used in Tarim high pressure oil and water wells. The methods greatly reduce the probability of occurrence of blowout and have better promotion value.
