摘要 碳排放配额制的引入及大规模风电接纳都会对系统的发电成本产生影响。以传统电力系统调度模型为基础,通过引入CO2过排放成本、风力发电的广义成本,考虑碳排放配额及风电并网对系统发电成本的影响。以系统综合发电费用最小为优化目标构建日前调度计划模型。以IEEE 30节点系统为例,利用LINGO软件对模型进行了求解。结果显示,上述模型能有效计及碳排放配额及风电随机特性对系统发电成本的影响,模型在实现低碳调度的同时实现了风电的最优接纳,方便调度人员进行调度决策,降低了系统运行成本。 Leading in carbon emission quota system and large-scale accommodation of wind power make impacts on generation cost of power grid. Based on traditional power grid dispatching model and leading in the cost of excessive carbon emission and the generalized cost of wind power generation, the impacts of carbon emission quota and grid-integration of wind power on power grid generation cost are considered. Taking minimum synthetical generation cost as optimization objective, a day-ahead dispatching scheduling model is constructed. Taking IEEE 30-bus system for example and the LINGO software is utilized to solve the proposed model. Simulation results show that the proposed model can effectively take the influence of carbon emission quota and stochastic characteristics of wind power generation on power grid generation cost into account. Using the proposed model, at the same time of implementing low-carbon dispatching the optimal accommodation of wind power is realized, therefore the proposed model is convenient for the dispatcher to make the decision and the operational cost of power grid can be decreased.
