摘要
依据不同条件特高压系统工频过电压的差异化规律及过电压幅值与持续时间特性,提出了工频过电压控制要求分4等级的差异化设计原则,以及与之适用的特高压母线型和线路型避雷器额定电压的选择方法。并结合工程算例,给出了一整套工频过电压差异化设计方法及具体实施方案。此外,针对单相接地甩负荷工频过电压严重的特高压系统,提出工频过电压控制条件的优化建议。通过上述差异化设计,可实现特高压系统及设备的工频耐受性能要求的优化,对提高特高压输电的经济性具有重要意义。该设计思路也可推广应用到超高压系统中。
Based on differentiation regularity of power frequency over-voltage in UHVAC transmission systems with different conditions and the amplitude and duration characteristics of power frequency over-voltage, a differentiation design principle, in which the power frequency over-voltage control requirements are differentiated into four levels, and corresponding method for the selection of rated voltages of UHVAC bus-type arresters and UHVAC line-type of arresters are proposed. Combining with engineering case, a whole set of power frequency over-voltage differentiation design method and concrete implementation scheme are given. Besides, for UHVAC transmission system, in which the power frequency over-voltage caused by load shedding due to single-phase earth fault is extremely serious, the suggestion to optimize the controlling condition for power frequency over-voltage is put forward. Through above-mentioned differentiation design, the optimization of the ability of UHVAC transmission system and its equipments to withstand power frequency over-voltage can be implemented, and it is of significance for the improvement of the economy of UHVAC power transmission. The presented thinking can also be applied to EHVAC transmission systems.
