摘要 在电力系统运行中优化备用资源配置,既要考虑其与电能资源的耦合关系,又要实现对于不同类型不确定因素的风险预控,同时统筹协调多控制区域的备用资源,以充分发挥互联电力系统的优势。为此,引入了面向多场景风险预控的"两阶段建模、一体化优化"决策模式,构建了基于风险预控的多区域电力网络中能量–备用联合优化模型,并通过算例分析验证了该模型的合理性与有效性。 To allocate reserve resources in power systems, the coupling between the reserve resources and power sources should be taken into account and the risk precaution of various types of uncertain factors should be implemented, meanwhile the reserve resources in multi control areas should be overall planned and coordinated to fully play the superiority of interconnected power grids. For this purpose, a multi-scene risk precaution oriented "two-stage modeling and integrated optimization" decision-making mode is led in, and a risk precaution based energy-reserve co-optimization in multi-area power systems is constructed. The reasonableness and effectiveness of the constructed model is validated by case study.
