摘要
本文介绍了XK6125数控铣床总体及横向进给传动机构的设计,设计的铣床可以实现铣削平面、斜面、沟槽、齿轮等功能。根据相关的数据及要求,完成了XK6125卧式数控铣床总体及横向进给伺服系统的设计;并对其进行了机械设计,机械设计包括丝杠的选型和校核,轴承的选择等;并通过选择一些重要的部件并对其进行稳定性校核。
